A male teenager was shot Tuesday night in Denver on South Federal Boulevard in an incident involving two vehicles.
Officers are investigating a shooting that occurred in the area of Mississippi and Federal. One victim has been transported to a local hospital with serious injury. NB Federal is shutdown JSO Mississippi. Alternate routes advised. Updates will be posted on this thread.

The juvenile was taken to a local hospital and is expected to recover, said Jay Casillas, a police spokesman.
Two vehicles were northbound on Federal, from West Jewell Avenue, when the shooting occurred at about 7:20 p.m. near the intersection of West Mississippi Avenue. The vehicle in which the teen was shot remained at the scene.
No arrest has been made as of 11 a.m. Wednesday. An investigation is ongoing and police are working on suspect information, Casillas said.
