A public memorial for Boulder police Officer Eric Talley, killed in last week’s mass shooting at King Soopers in south Boulder, is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Flatirons Community Church, 355 W. South Boulder Road in Lafayette.
The event was being preceded by a police procession from Thornton north on Interstate 25, with numerous temporary road closures expected to impact traffic.
