Williams earned second-team All-American honors and ranked third in the FBS with 19 rushing TDs and sixth with 1,140 rushing yards. He also caught 25 passes for 305 yards. He opted out of North Carolina’s bowl game. Projected as a complement to starting running back Melvin Gordon, Williams is slippery, as evidenced by his NCAA-best 75 avoided tackles last year.
