Cherry Creek North’s rarified market gets more so if you’re looking for a single-family home, rather than a townhouse or condo, as many of those listings are.  Veteran agents Michelle Ciardullo and Mor Zucker with RE/MAX Professionals’ Team Denver Homes will show you one in grand style today, with a brunch and beverages set for 11-to-1.

At 475 Madison Street, a few blocks from Cherry Creek’s coveted dining district, they’ll hold open a classic Mediterranean provincial home, more than 7,000 sq. feet including a lavish rec-level in the basement with fancy bar, wine cellar, and movie theater. The custom home has five bedrooms and eight baths, wrapped around three very private outdoor living spaces, including a landscaped interior courtyard thatap overlooked by a gallery on the bedroom level.

The formal rooms are classically styled, and you’ll see a custom kitchen with Sub-Zero 6-burner-plus-grill range and a livery fridge with cabinet drawers; lavish woodwork; along with six fireplaces, an elevator serving all three levels, and a 3-car alley-load garage.

Ciardullo says although the market remains very tight, she’s seeing a little more inventory anticipated to arrive—something she’ll discuss with you at today’s open house. This one, she adds, justifies the price by its single-family status. “Itap the same price as a new rooftop condo in the shopping district,” she adds.
