A child is fighting for life after an early morning townhome fire in Aurora, Aurora Fire Rescue said Wednesday.
The fire broke out just after midnight in the 2000 block of South Paris Way.
Crews rescued the child who was then hospitalized. Four people were also displaced from their homes, but the fire was called under control just before 4 a.m.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.
