A Greeley man has been arrested on charges of child abuse resulting in the death of an 18-month-old girl, who police say suffered a brain injury while in his care.
Andy Serrel Carter, 26, was booked into the Weld County jail on Thursday.
Greeley police said Carter, who is the boyfriend of the girl’s mother, took the child to the emergency room where she died.
