Suspect arrested in fatal shooting in Aurora McDonald’s parking lot

A suspect has been arrested for investigation of first-degree murder in connection to a parking lot shooting at a McDonald’s in Aurora.

At about 6:30 p.m. on June 29 police responded to a shooting at 2651 S. Parker Road, according to a news release.

On Thursday, police arrested Treyvion Simpson, 22, as a suspect in the case. Simpson has been charged with first-degree murder, according to police.

The shooting as Andrew Edward Billinger, 38, according to the Sentinel.

At the time of the incident police said they were looking for a suspect who was in a silver vehicle.
