Age: 23
A long-time staple of the youth and junior national teams, the Aurora native is heading to her first Olympic Games. Poulter, one of two Colorado players on the squad along with Haleigh Washington, was a standout at Eaglecrest High School where she was one of the nation’s top prospects. She played collegiately at Illinois, twice earning All-American honors and was named the Big Ten setter of the year as a senior. She joined the senior national team in 2018 and has been a part of two gold-medal winning FIVB Nations squads and helped the U.S. to the gold at the Pan-American Cup in 2018.
Competing: July 25, 27, 29, 31 and Aug. 2 for the preliminary round. Aug. 4, 6 and 8 for the knockout rounds.
