Two preseason games are in the books and the Broncos’ quarterback battle is heating up, if oddsmakers are to be believed.
Drew Lock is still a slight favorite over Teddy Bridgewater to become Denver’s starting quarterback in Week 1 of the regular season. — meaning a $145 bet would win $100 — to win the spot, which is a smidgen better than Bridgewater at +110. Lock’s lead fell slight after holding a -200 to +160 edge entering Saturday’s game against Seattle.
Over in the DraftKings Sportsbook, Lock is a stronger favorite at -190 over Bridgewater’s +130 odds.
In two games, Lock has completed 14 of 21 passes for 231 yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions. Bridgewater is 16 of 19 for 179 yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions.
