Denver police say a man was shot and killed Wednesday morning in the Lincoln Park neighborhood and that a suspect was arrested later in the day.
Authorities first reported the shooting in the 1400 block of Osage Street just after 4 a.m. Police said a few hours later that the man was dead.
UPDATE: Today, officers responded to the 1400 block of N Osage St on a report of a shooting where officers located a deceased adult male. Angel Manzanares, DOB 3/24/1991, was later taken into custody and is being held for investigation of First Degree Murder.

At about 3:45 p.m., police announced that a suspect, 30-year-old Angel Manzanares, has been arrested and is being held on investigation of first-degree murder.
The shooting scene was near the Auraria campus, across from a McDonald’s on West Colfax. As of last month, there had been in the 1400 block of Osage Street in 2021, with an additional 10 at that McDonald’s location.
