A pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle in Denver on Friday night died at a hospital.
HEADS UP: officers are investigating a crash involving a pedestrian and motorist at S Federal Blvd and W Jewell Ave. One adult male was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Federal Blvd is closed between Jewell and Colorado. Alternate routes advised.

The crash happened about 10:50 p.m. at South Federal Boulevard and West Jewell Avenue, according to police.
The pedestrian, a man suffering serious injuries, was taken to a hospital, police said late Friday. On Saturday afternoon, police announced the man had died.
The driver remained at the scene. An investigation is ongoing.
