A man was killed and two others wounded in a drive-by shooting in northeast Denver Saturday night, police said.

The shooting happened at 8:50 p.m. in the 5700 block of North Danube Street, Denver police said in a statement. One man was killed and two others were shot but survived, suffering injuries that are not considered to be life threatening.

Officers found the man who died at the site of the shooting. He was taken to a hospital, where he died. The two wounded men later walked in to a hospital seeking treatment some time after the shooting, Officer Ana Munoz said Sunday.

Munoz said witnesses described the attack as a drive-by shooting.
