With two new portfolios, Brookfield Residential adds spacious new homes to Denver’s Central Park neighborhood with its Cadence Townhomes and Villa Portfolio of paired homes.

The new portfolios offer buyers a final opportunity to buy a new home at Central Park, a collection of 12 neighborhoods located on the 7.5-square-mile former home of Stapleton International Airport. Central Park offers new homes, lower-maintenance yards, and easy access to parks, shopping, and dining.

“Now’s the time to buy if you want a new home in one of Denver’s trendiest neighborhoods,” says Marni Shwartz, marketing manager for Brookfield Residential Colorado. “And best of all, you don’t have to bid and compete with other buyers to get the home of your dreams.”

At a time when Denver’s available housing is at a record low, Brookfield makes the home buying process easier by building new homes with popular finishes such as quartz countertops. With Brookfield’s myCommand-compatible technology, homebuyers get to pick their favorite devices and control their home with the sound of their voice.

The new three-story offers three plans that range in size from 1,788 to 2,133 square feet, with options for two to four bedrooms. Homebuyers have options for rooftop decks and outdoor fireplaces.

“We offer seamless indoor to outdoor living,” Shwartz says. “These beautiful townhomes offer easy, low-maintenance living.”

The townhomes appeal to first-time homebuyers, young families, and empty-nesters ready to downsize.

The give buyers two plans that offer 2,372 to 2,815 square feet and up to five bedrooms, which make them a perfect option for young families.

Shwartz says Brookfield designed the homes for people who enjoy spending time outside and offer side patios off the dining area and front porches.

Inside, the homes feature open floor plans and an abundance of windows that allow sunlight to flow through the house. “With walls of windows to let in light, it’s easy to forget you share a wall,” Shwartz says.

More homes available

Brookfield also still has single-family homes in its Ի portfolios available at Central Park.
