A man was shot dead in Denver on Friday and police have arrested a juvenile suspect in the homicide investigation.

The shooting happened in an alleyway in the 1100 block of Yosemite and Xenia streets, police said in a 12:32 p.m. Twitter post. The victim died at the scene.
At 8:14 p.m. Friday police announced that a suspect, a male juvenile, was arrested for investigation of first-degree murder.
