Manager Bud Black has unveiled his starting rotation for the season-opening series that begins Friday against the Dodgers at Coors Field.

Black had previously announced that left-hander Kyle Freeland would start Friday’s opener. On Tuesday, Black said that right-hander German Marquez will pitch Saturday’s game, followed by right-hander Antonio Senzatela on Sunday.

The Rockies’ first road series of the season is a two-game set at Texas on Monday and Tuesday. Left-hander Austin Gomber will likely start Monday’s game against the Rangers, with right-hander Chad Kuhl making his Rockies debut on Tuesday.
