A motorcyclist involved in a crash with a vehicle on Friday in Denver has died at a hospital.
TRAFFIC: officers are investigating a crash involving a motorcyclist and and a motorist at 22nd and California. One person was transported to the hospital with unknown extent of injuries. 22nd and California is closed. Alternate routes advised.

The crash happened near downtown at 22nd and California streets, police said in a 6:54 p.m. tweet.
On Saturday morning, just before noon, police announced that the motorcyclist died.
Another crash involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle happened Saturday morning at the intersection of Sheridan Boulevard and West Alameda Avenue, Denver police said in a 3:41 a.m. tweet. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital.
Both crashes are under investigation, police said.
