Victor Hallcy Sr. died on April 17, Easter Sunday, in a crash at the intersection when a car went through a red light hitting the vehicle Hallcy was driving. His daughter Ebony Walker organized the gathering at the site to remember her father on Father’s Day and to celebrate her dad’s life with family and friends.
