Denver weather: Sunny skies expected ahead of a cool Halloweekend

A freeze warning is in effect until 9 a.m. Friday for the Denver, Boulder and Broomfield areas

Denverites can expect mostly clear skies ahead of their Halloweekend activities, with clouds only expected on Saturday.

A freeze warning is in effect until 9 a.m. Friday for the Denver, Boulder and Broomfield areas, according to the . “They were the remaining zones to experience a first freeze this season.”

In good news for trick or treaters, it will remain dry through next Wednesday, with no notes of significant weather.

Throughout the rest of Friday, sunny weather is predicted, with a high near 61 degrees.

Tonight, mostly clear skies are expected, with a low around 31 degrees.

Temperatures stay pretty consistent over Saturday and Sunday, with a high of 60 degrees and a low around 35 degrees on both days.

Saturday sees increasing clouds in the forecast, but those clear up on Sunday for a mostly sunny day.
