The one-time Cherry Hills home of former Denver Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer is for sale for $7.5 million.
Plummer owned the home, on Sunrise Drive in The Reserve at Cherry Hills, from 2004 to 2012.
A Florida company bought the house in November 2021 for $3.2 million and remodeled and expanded it before listing it in mid-November with Anna Savier and Kelly Steron of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty for $7.8 million. The price was reduced in February.
The extensive renovation cost more than $2.5 million, gutted the interior, removed walls, and added additional square footage.
“Itap been completely redone,” Savier says.
“Itap a very contemporary, sleek home. Itap not something you see much of here. Itap a style you’d be more likely to find in Miami or California.”
The seven-bed, 11-bath house has a three-car garage, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a swimming pool.
Steron says the home’s designed for entertaining with a chef’s kitchen featuring dual Dekton islands, state-of-the-art appliances, and a butler’s kitchen complete with a second stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
The open-concept living area features 20-foot ceilings and a custom floor-to-ceiling fireplace.
The 1,500-square-foot primary suite includes a 600-square-foot custom closet with a spa-inspired ensuite bath.
The home’s walkout basement features a 120-bottle temperature-controlled wine cellar.
But the home’s greatest asset may be its location on a 2.86-acre lot across from Cherry Hills Country Club.
