“Apparently, we’re too stupid”: Colorado mayors blast Gov. Jared Polis-backed plan to regulate local zoning codes

Local governments have signaled their opposition to the zoning overhaul for months.

The redevelopment team includes Brock Fleming, Edee Anesi and Brad Arguello. Fleming, Anesi and her father Greg Anesi previously developed the apartment building Lumina at 3234 Navajo St. in LoHi.
