Kiszla: With Nuggets feeling heat of championship pressure, is it put up or shut up time for coach Michael Malone?

“We as an organization put pressure on ourselves to win a championship. Thatap what motivates us,” Malone said. “The external pressure? Fans, bloggers, this-that, I could give a (bleep).”
