Metro Denver home sales and new listings way down entering the second half of 2023

But real estate prices are recovering and inventory is up

They built seven homes all of equal size and shape with just over 1700 sq ft, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The homes are LEED platinum with the ability to be LEED zero which the company says Òbenefits your health, wallet and the planet by providing a healthier indoor environment, reducing energy costs through efficient design and systems, and minimizing its environmental footprint through sustainable materials and practices.Ó LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. It is a rating system that expresses how efficiently a building is designed and operated. These homes offer substantiallly more insulation than most homes for efficient heating and cooling of the homes; they use no gas; they will all have solar panels on the roof of the house and the garage and they are built with low VOC (volatile organic compound) materials which means they emit fewer harmful chemicals into the air.
