From professionally equipped kitchen to food labs, staff can guide entrepreneurs through next steps

One of the programs on Colorado State University's Spur campus in Denver is helping food startups grow their business at what is called a food innovation center. The center on the campus, on the National Western Center grounds, provides a professionally equipped kitchen and food laboratories as well as technical support for catering operations and other food businesses trying to launch products or scale up.
