A Walmart in Parker was evacuated briefly Thursday afternoon after police received threats of a bomb in the store. No device was found, however, and the facility was cleared.
The initial call came in at 3 p.m., according to Parker police spokesperson Josh Hans.
At 3:26 p.m., police announced the evacuation on the X social media platform, asking people to stay out of the area. The store is at 11101 S. Parker Road.
Officers and Bomb K-9s searched the building and nothing was found. Thank you for sending your K-9.

Police went through the store and didn’t find anything concerning, Hans said.
Later, officers and bomb dogs searched the business and “nothing was found,” police said on X at 5:49 p.m.
