Three people were killed and three more were injured in a shooting early Saturday at an apparent party in an industrial area of east Denver, police said.
Denver police responded about 1:37 a.m. to reports of a shooting at 12445 E. 39th Ave., where they found one victim with gunshot wounds, according to a Denver Police Department post on X.
That person died at the scene.

Police said they later discovered five more victims were self-transported to hospitals; two of those people died, and the other three are expected to survive.
The party was in an industrial storefront, police said, and there is evidence of at least two guns being fired at the scene.
Police have not arrested anyone and are still trying to determine what led to the shooting.
