Northbound Interstate 25 reopened eight miles south of Pueblo on Friday afternoon after a closure so road crews could recover a vehicle,
The closure was reported by CDOT at 12:37 p.m. Friday at exit 91 for Stem Beach and ended at approximately 3 p.m.
