More sellers in metro Denver decided to list their homes in January

February and March should see a big jump in closings because of that

Sellers in metro Denver arose from their slumber last month, boosting listings in metro Denver, and setting the stage for an increased number of closings this month and next, according to a monthly update from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
