One man is dead after a Friday night shooting in Pueblo and officers are investigating the case as a homicide.
Pueblo police officers responded to reports of shots fired just before 10 p.m. Friday in the 2100 block of North Main Street, .
When officers arrived at the scene, they found an adult man suffering from a gunshot injury.
Paramedics transported the man to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries, .
The man will be identified by the Pueblo County Coroner’s Office.
The Pueblo Police Crimes Against Persons and Crime Scene Investigations units are investigating the man’s death as a homicide — Pueblo’s eighth homicide this year.
