Denver and national officials are last seen leaving his Denver home in the middle of the night on Dec. 1.
Video footage from the home that night shows Diego Hernandez, 13, pulling on a green jacket, grabbing a bike and hopping over the fence.
Hernandez is described as 4 feet and 9 inches tall, having brown eyes with black hair and weighing 120 pounds.
