The Boulder Police Department is asking for public assistance in identifying a man regarding an indecent exposure and possibly burglary investigation.
According to a release, a man has been seen following college-aged women to their homes in the University Hill and Goss Grove neighborhoods at night in the past few days.

Police believe the man is 51-year-old Nimroid Boles Folsom, who has prior arrests related to these crimes and has a no-bond warrant out for his arrest for one count of indecent exposure. Detectives are concerned these crimes could escalate, according to the release.
According to the release, Folsom is 5-feet 5-inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes and often rides a bicycle.
Boulder police ask anyone who has any information on his location to please call 911 and reference case no. 24-5477.
Officers also reminded residents to always be aware of whatap going on around you while walking, to walk with other people when possible, and to walk in well-lit and well-traveled areas.
Police also recommended that community members lock their doors, secure their windows and close any blinds in areas where residents expect privacy, especially those who live in a ground-level unit.
