Denver police cite more than 300 motorists with expired, phony license plates in weeklong crackdown

One license plate hadn’t been updated in five years

Denver police worked with Colorado State Patrol and the Aurora and Colorado Springs police departments to cite 339 drivers along the Interstate 25 and Interstate 70 corridors to crack down on license plate violations.
