Metro Denver in the middle of its biggest apartment boom since the 1970s — but rent prices aren’t budging

The average Denver metro rent rose last quarter to $1,911

Metro Denver has added more than 21,000 apartments the past 12 months, double the average annual pace seen in the years before the pandemic.
