Police re-examine 1983 disappearance of Idaho Springs teen Beth Miller

Idaho Springs police are renewing their efforts to find out what happened to Elizabeth “Beth” Miller, asking for the public to share any relevant information about the 14-year-old who disappeared while jogging in 1983.

“We’re looking at it again pretty extensively,” Sgt Ryan Frost said. “Itap a case thatap important to our community, and we wanted to see if we can develop any new information about it.”

Miller went for a run at about 10 a.m. on Aug. 16, 1983, and has not been seen since,
