A luxurious mountain mansion and and Vail is now on the market with a price tag of $25 million.

Along with nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, the 20,210-square-foot home located within boasts an indoor pool and spa, sauna, 2,000-bottle wine salon, library and not one but two commercial kitchens.

Listed by , the property at 181 S. Fairway Drive sits on 1.5 acres and has direct access to the Beaver Creek Golf Course, according to the real estate company.

The mansion was designed by the late Colorado architect Charles Sink in 1985, whose other works include Vail’s clock tower, the Cheesman Park-adjacent condo building One Cheesman Place and . It was later owned by , founder of multiple healthcare companies including one of the country’s largest HMOs, and his wife Seeme.
