A crash involving a Regional Transportation District bus and an SUV near Havana Street and 47th Avenue in Denver injured two people, one of whom was hospitalized, and blocked traffic Friday morning, police say.

The crash, between Denver’s Montbello and Central Park neighborhoods, had closed both directions of Havana and westbound 47th when

RTD spokesperson Pauline Haberman later said a driver and two customers were in the bus at the time, and none of the three was seriously hurt.

Denver police said Friday afternoon that the person hospitalized was in the SUV at the time and that the cause of the crash was still under investigation.
