A 13-year-old who went missing from Lafayette on Tuesday afternoon was found safe as of Wednesday evening.
The teen had been found as of about 8:46 p.m., according to a Colorado Bureau of Investigation post. The agency had issued a Missing Indigenous Person Alert earlier Wednesday evening.
The teenager had been missing since about 4 p.m. Tuesday and law enforcement was concerned for the teenager’s safety, the alert said.
