Sept. 14 — Missing Jeffco man, 71, found safe
A 71-year-old man missing from Jefferson County for more than two weeks has been found safe, state investigators announced Tuesday.
Neighbors last saw the man at his home in the 11500 block of West Lake Drive in Littleton on Sept. 6, and his white 2023 Ford Ranger was last spotted on security cameras on Sept. 7, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said in an endangered missing person alert.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Sep. 9 — Man missing from Wheat Ridge is without required medication
A 68-year-old man was reported missing from Wheat Ridge, according to a Colorado Bureau of Investigation posted Friday.
Mustapha “Ben” Benhmida was last seen at 8 a.m. Wednesday on foot in the 3300 block of Sheridan Boulevard. He was wearing a dark cotton jacket and dark joggers.
Benhmida doesn’t have the medication he needs, and may have cognitive impairment without those medications, the CBI said.
He is described as a 5-foot, 7-inch-tall white man with brown eyes and gray hair. He is known to talk loudly to himself and gesture with his hands, the alert said.

Aug. 26 — Denver man missing since early August found safe
A 41-year-old Denver man reported missing in early August was found safe Tuesday, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
The man had last been seen in downtown Denver on Aug. 2.
Aug. 28 — Denver man missing since early August
An 83-year-old man was reported missing Thursday night after he didn’t return to his home in Jefferson County.
The man was last seen leaving his home in the 10400 block of West Cooper Place between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., according to . He was driving a white Buick.
Aug. 24 — 79-year-old woman missing from Westminster found safe
A 79-year-old woman Monday near 75th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard in Westminster was found safe later that day.
The woman had last been seen walking west toward that intersection at about 8 a.m. Monday. She has a cognitive disability and law enforcement reported concern for her safety. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation said shortly before 4 p.m. that she was . The agency did not provide further details.

Arapahoe County officials are searching for a man who went missing six days ago after leaving the Woodland Estates Senior Living Center, according to the sheriff's office.
Kevin Bailey was last seen at about 2 p.m. Friday at the front desk of the senior living center, 2500 S. Roslyn St., where he lives, according to the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office. The man was last wearing a black or dark blue sleeveless shirt, black pants or dark blue jeans and black mule-style sandals, sheriff's officials said.
Bailey told an employee that he wanted to ride the bus and visit friends, according to the agency. Before his disappearance, Bailey also told family members he was riding a bus and looking for work.
Bailey is described as a 6-foot, 150-pound Black man with gray hair and brown eyes.
Investigators believe he was in the Denver area on Friday evening, but his whereabouts are currently unknown, sheriff's officials said. His cell phone is no longer active, and he does not have access to money or a debit card, according to the agency.
Arapahoe County officials are concerned for Bailey’s safety because he has not had access to his daily prescription medications since June 11, according to the missing person alert.

A developmentally disabled 22-year-old woman who was reported missing Friday has been found safe, according to law enforcement.
The woman, who functions like a 12-year-old, was last seen in Denver on May 12, . Sheriff's officials announced she had been and returned home just before 7 p.m. Saturday.

April 2, 2026 -- Missing Adams County woman last seen at Henderson gas station
A 27-year-old Adams County woman is missing after she was last seen at a gas station in Henderson in January, sheriff's officials said.
BillyJo Jean Salazar was last seen at the 7-Eleven at 12060 E. 120th Ave. in the early hours of Jan. 23, the Adams County Sheriff's Office said in a missing person alert.
Salazar has not been seen or heard from since and her family hasn't been able to contact her.
