Getting your player ready...

Colorado’s first open race for governor in eight years is fast approaching, and The Denver Post wants your questions for the candidates.

The Post will co-sponsor two primary debates this spring with Denver7 and Colorado Public Radio. The first live debate, airing live on May 7 at 6 p.m., will be between the Democrats, U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet and Attorney General Phil Weiser.

The GOP debate will be scheduled after the conclusion of the Colorado Republican Party’s upcoming state assembly, which is expected to narrow its large field for the primary. We’ll seek out your suggestions for questions before that debate, too.

For the Democratic candidates, whether you want to know where they stand on an issue thatap important to you or more about their experience or plans, tell us: What should we ask them?

Please use the form below to suggest a question for the Democratic candidates. We’re asking for your contact and background info, too, because Denver7 may reach out to record video of you asking your question for the debate.
