Naosu Sauna has finished its last session.
The sauna, cold plunge and massage business at 3145 Larimer St. in RiNo has closed for good — unless an effort to sell the business results in a deal.
On May 10, Naosu emailed customers saying it was closing the next day for two weeks of maintenance, according to messages obtained by BusinessDen. Itap unclear whether the business reopened. Regardless, in mid-June, the spot said it was “closing indefinitely.”
“Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to continue operations currently,” an email to customers reads.
Naosu did not respond to requests for comment from BusinessDen. The business opened last summer.
“We want to sincerely apologize for the short notice, we know it impacts your routine and the community we built together,” the business told customers. “Refunds for any unused prepaid services will be processed and communicated separately in the coming days.”
The business was also listed for sale on the website BizBuySell until recently. In the listing, Naosu projected its $140,000 year-to-date revenue would grow to $360,000 for all of 2026. Thatap on top of the $100,000 Naosu made from its July 12, 2025, opening through the end of that year.
The business has 3½ years remaining on its lease and pays $8,550 a month in base rent, the listing said. Naosu also said it had 185 active members.
“The full facility is operational and revenue-generating on day one,” the listing said. “A comparable ground-up build in Denver would require $300K–$500K in capital expenditure and 12-18 months before opening.”
It is unclear why the listing was taken down.
