Denver International Airport closed part of the terminal on Friday night because of a “” officials said in a statement.
Level 6 west is closed until further notice because of the possible threat, the airport said on social media at 5:32 p.m. The closure includes the west security checkpoint at departures.
Passengers should go to for departures and security screening, according to the statement.
DIA officials did not release any additional information about the nature of the threat.
