What are your top three priorities, if elected?
The biggest challenge facing Colorado is affordability. Too many families are struggling with the rising costs of housing, healthcare, childcare, and other everyday expenses. Colorado should be a place where people can build a career, raise a family, and enjoy a good quality of life, and that means making affordability our top priority.
What specific actions would you support to improve affordability for Coloradans, whether aimed at housing costs, tax burdens or other impacts?
The legislature can address hidden fees that impact consumers, lower utility bills, and reduce property insurance costs to lower housing costs.
Whether your party is in the majority or minority next year, where do you see actionable common ground with the opposing party?
I have a long record of working across the aisle to get things done. I have worked bipartisanly on legislation that impacts housing affordability, regulatory streamlining, and economic development.
A new governor will take office next year. What opportunities are there for legislation or other changes that did not gain traction under Gov. Jared Polis?
I would like to see the new governor take on social media protections for youth and help foster a better business environment for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

What are your top three priorities, if elected?
When Elected.
Making Colorado Safe for families improving the quality of civic services.
Bettering the system of government to end Political Persecution.
Improving Colorado for families and Businesses to thrive with lower taxation.
What specific actions would you support to improve affordability for Coloradans, whether aimed at housing costs, tax burdens or other impacts?
To make Colorado Affordable I would create income and economic equality. Holding to humane working and living conditions that alleviate pressure on the family. We will balance the demands to align for a brighter future for Colorado growth and development by fixing generational poverty and restoring humanity to so many US Citizens that have found themselves in unacceptable homelessness. We will regulate a broken system to make Colorado better for our future. We will fix broken and dysfunctional regulation and failures in government fraud, waste and abuses.
Whether your party is in the majority or minority next year, where do you see actionable common ground with the opposing party?
I’m Unaffiliated we do not recognize parties of the Oligarchy. We recognize We the People. All persons are welcome to aid me in creating a fully representative government. Unaffiliated represent over 51% of registered voters we are the Majority. According to housing data Unaffiliated are even more. All policies are actionable and make for common ground. Creating good legislation will bring the good out of good people and this is how we will find common ground. Every elected official wants to look good and be Better.
A new governor will take office next year. What opportunities are there for legislation or other changes that did not gain traction under Gov. Jared Polis?
Where do we begin? There was a lot of nonsense legislation of extremist values that side track this question under Polis. The fact our financial situation is in the red proves there are many avenues to make Legislative change in Colorado for the better that Governor Polis was too weak to stand up for. Cutting out the fraud, waste and abuses of dysfunctional and disruptive legislation is the means to gaining traction. Join me and the Unaffiliated with Greg Lopez as our Governor we can make a better Colorado for all. There is the opportunity this State of Colorado was founded and created by the Unaffiliated escaping the woes of a Civil War about 150 years ago. My ancestor E.A. Bromley was a key legislative figure for Colorado in the early 1900’s as Colorado formed. Bromley since 1877.
