Colleen O'Connor was a reporter for The Denver Post's Now team. She was a voracious reader of American history and biography. She was previously a Denver Post food writer and city desk reporter. O'Connor died on Aug. 31, 2016, 聽while crossing the street.

Denver crime scene investigators work the scene of a fatal shooting near the intersection of E. 36th Ave and Hudson St. in Denver. According to Denver Police the shooting occurred Saturday evening. Upon arrival, two were found dead inside a home and a third died at a local hospital.

Third suspect now in custody for triple murder in North Park Hill

Dejuan Jones was taken into custody in Tulsa, Okla. and is being held without bondon the Denver warrant.
