Federal Blvd. He walks on the campus of the school as he talks about the school's relationship with Muhaammadjon Gadoiboev.TLHU had used Muhaammdjon Gadiboev to help them recruit students from Tajikistan. Instead, he used much of the money to build a house and buy apartments, stealing the money from the students and never giving it to the school. Both the school and the students were left high and dry. Some of the students arrived in the states only to have their student visas taken away.
