Cars broken into at Rocky Mountain National Park; officials seek info on person of interest

Visitors reported two vehicle break-ins at the east Alluvial Fan parking lot in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Dalton M. McCreary, 22, (right) died when he and Jordan Mulumulu, 18, (Left) were walking north on South Chambers Road, crossing East Iliff Avenue, and an SUV flew into the intersection, according to a news release from the Aurora Police Department. Mulumulu told investigators that just before the impact, McCreary pushed him out of the SUV's path, saving his life, according to the news release.
