Linda Sue Gadarowski of Centennial, Colorado, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Presbyterian St Luke’s Hospital in Denver Colorado surrounded by loved ones until the end. She leaves behind a legacy of thriving wherever she hung her hat and of a loving home built in which no person was a stranger – all were welcome, no matter what.
Linda was born on December 12, 1954, in Charleston, WV, the daughter of Edward Stanley and Sada (Ferrell) Williams, where she graduated top of her class from Stonewall Jackson High School and went on to complete an Associates of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology from Morris Harvey College. She met her husband John Joseph in Arizona and they married on November 1st, 1978 in Charleston WV. John’s military service had them stationed in Florida, where they had their two sons, North Carolina, where they had their daughter, and New Mexico before John’s retirement from service in Colorado in 1995.
Besides her husband John, she is survived by their 3 children: John Edward and his wife, Jennifer, of Orlando, FL, Michael Paul and his wife, Serena, of Aurora, CO, and Krista Marie of Everett, WA; six grandchildren: Trevor, Devon, Athena, Venus, Lena and Tommy; her sister-in-law Vona Williams of Centennial, CO; her brother-in Law Edward Philips and his wife Nancy of Cambridge, NY, in addition to many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Along with her parents, Linda was predeceased by her 2 brothers, William Hamilton Williams, Sr. and Ferrell Williams, her nephew William H. Williams III, and her niece, Theresa Williams Martin.
Relatives and friends gathered at Ft Logan National Cemetery on Thursday, June 25th, 2026 at 2:30PM for interment services. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice in lieu of flowers.
