Scratch that tell-all made-for-TV movie about Martha Stewart’s stay in a West Virginia prison.
CBS announced “Martha: Behind Bars,’ starring Cybill Shepherd, would not air May 25 as planned, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Instead, the network will broadcast “Amber Frey: Witness for the Prosecution,’ based on the book by the girlfriend of convicted wife-killer Scott Peterson.
A women’s periodical claims it has the rights to Sly magazine and is suing Sylvester Stallone, the New York Daily News reported. Sly Magazine LLC filed a $1 million lawsuit Tuesday in Manhattan Federal Court accusing Stallone’s publisher, American Media, of copyright infringement. Stallone’s Sly magazine features lifestyle and fashion advice for men.
If his new film “A Lot Like Love,’ opening today in Denver, tops the weekend box office, Ashton Kutcher claims he will drop his drawers.

Natasha Lyonne, a former co-star of two “American Pie’ films, faces charges of harassment, criminal mischief and trespassing in New York City.
An arrest warrant is out for Lyonne, who trashed the apartment of friend and fellow actor Michael Rapaport.
The actor told Jane magazine Lyonne’s downward spiral began in 2003, eventually leading him to evict her. The apartment on East 18th Street “looked like a grenade had gone off,’ Rapaport said. “There was garbage everywhere. There were glasses smashed in the kitchen and standing water in the clogged tub with flies hovering over it. That girl needs help.”
Paris Hilton finally confirmed that her friendship with “Simple Life’ co-star Nicole Richie, left, is over.
