Mullen football coach Dave Logan, who has won three titles at three schools in 12 years, has been chosen by USA Football and the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association as Colorado’s first Football Champions Award winner.
State winners will be recognized at the NSAA Hall of Fame in Salisbury, N.C., Saturday-Monday.
