Rolling Stones fans will have to finish their turkey dinner early this year. The band has slated a Thanksgiving night concert in Denver.

The Stones will play Nov. 24 at the Pepsi Center on a tour that will open Aug. 21 in Boston, local promoters Chuck Morris Presents/Bill Graham Presents announced today.

No ticket on-sale date for the show was announced.

Ticket prices were not announced, but the promoter said that 95 percent of the tickets sold for arena-venue shows on the tour will average $110. A “limited number of Gold Circle seats” close to the stage will be sold at a higher price, a tour announcement said.

The Stones’ 2005 tour will feature stops at a variety of venues, ranging in size from stadiums to arenas like Pepsi Center to theaters. At stadium shows, several hundred seats will be sold onstage.

Only one Denver show was announced. However, there is room in the Stones’ schedule to add a local show Nov. 25.

The band is also booked to play Nov. 22 at Salt Lake City and Nov. 27 in Dallas.
