The Denver area and Colorado’s eastern plains will feel temperatures go from nearly 20 degrees above normal Tuesday to about 10 degrees below the seasonal average today.
High temperatures in the low 60s are expected for the Front Range and plains, 9News meteorologist Nick O’Kelly says. A mixture of sun and clouds will hang around for most of the day.
The western part of the state will continue to be very warm. Temperatures in the western valleys are expected to reach the upper 80s.
Scattered showers may hit some areas in the southern foothills. The central and southern mountains may also see thunderstorms.
Thursday will bring more sun and clouds to the Front Range and plains. Temperatures will remain cool, but will warm up in time for the Memorial Day weekend.
