Denver – A man who allegedly kidnapped a 14-year-old girl in Michigan and was believed to be headed for Colorado was arrested in Arkadelphia, Ar. at 10:20 a.m. today and his victim was not harmed, authorities say.
Jamie Lee Channer, 28, was arrested without incident and is being held in the Clark County Jail in Arkansas, said Ron Pawloski, a dispatcher from the Kent County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan.
An Amber Alert was issued late Thursday for Nicole Renee Podig, 14, for Colorado and Arkansas, according to a Kent County news release. Podig was in good health, Pawloski said.
